Passenger Ship Crowd and Crisis Management and Human Behaviour Training
It is a two-day course and the main purpose is to provide competence in passenger handling, crisis management, and human behaviour.
DAY 1: Theory (digital classroom)
DAY 2: Practical training (in-person attendance in Oslo)
The refresher course is only one day.
After completing the course, you will have knowledge of:
- Passenger handling
- Safety training for crew in passenger areas
- Crisis management and human behaviour
- Passenger safety, securing cargo, and ship openings
